*: Walking in the Unforced Rhythms of Grace

“Walk with me and work with me—watch how I do it. Learn the unforced rhythms of grace.” — Matthew 11:29 MSG

Life in God’s kingdom is not a treadmill of religious effort but a dance with the Spirit. Jesus invites us to match His pace — not too fast in anxiety, not too slow in fear. We called this the unforced rhythms of grace: living each day from God’s supply instead of your own, moving in His timing rather than forcing outcomes.

When we live in this rhythm, our days are no longer about proving ourselves or carrying impossible burdens. Instead, they are about responding to God’s leading, resting in His love, and letting His power accomplish what our striving never could.

They made the bronze basin and its bronze stand from the mirrors of the women who served at the entrance to the tent of meeting.Exodus 38:8.

✨ The Mirrors That Became a Basin

*Exodus 38:8 tells us that the bronze basin in the Tabernacle was made from the mirrors of the women who served at the entrance of the Tent of Meeting. In those days, mirrors were not made of glass but of polished bronze — valuable personal items used to admire one’s appearance.

When these women gave their mirrors, they surrendered something that reflected themselves to create something that would prepare others to meet God. The basin was where priests washed before entering God’s presence, a symbol of cleansing and holiness.

Worship often begins with laying down self-focus and turning our eyes toward God.

The things we once used for our own image can be transformed into tools for God’s service.

Even hidden acts of sacrifice, like those of these women, have eternal impact.True beauty is found not in the reflection of a mirror, but in the reflection of Christ in us.

"Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness." — Psalm 29:2

When God needed a worshipper, He found David.

When God needed a prophet, He found Samuel.

When God needed a deliverer, He found Joseph.

When God needed a builder, He found Noah.

When God needed a voice in the wilderness, He found John the Baptist.

When God needed a mother for His Son, He found Mary.

When God needed a man of faith, He found Abraham.

When God needed a missionary to the Gentiles, He found Paul.

When God needed a disciple who loved deeply, He found John.

But when God needed Messiah He sent His only begotten Son Jesus Christ...

When God needed  a bride for His Son He found you..

Glory to God
