In her deep anguish Hannah prayed to the Lord, weeping bitterly. 1 Samuel 1:10
Hannah was "greatly depressed" Oppressed in spirit "
She turned to the Lord of Hosts.and the Lord blessed her with a son.. Samuel! 

Yes the  Name of the Lord is a strong tower.
Just call unto His Name.. Jesus Christ, The Name above all Names ".

David.
Goliath.. Strong enemy  was before him. 

David said to the Philistine, “You come against me with sword and spear and javelin, but I come against you in the Name of the Lord Almighty, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied. 1 Samuel 17:45

David got victory in the Name of the Lord...
