Loneliness.. The greatest problem of today.. 

#2000 years back a lonely lady came to take water from the well at noon. 

But when she came up she saw a tired  man! 

She shunned the face and company of men and went out to be alone but got in to the company of God. 

Need and love came face to face.. Need of human being and Love of God. 

Samaritan woman the lonely one in  the town  is alone with God... 

She got the answer to all her questions. 

Loneliness went away. Emptiness gone. Her heart is full.. She met Jesus, the fountain of living water. 

The words of Jesus healed her. 

"but whoever drinks of the water that I will give him will never be thirsty again. The water that I will give him will become in him a spring of water welling up to eternal life.”John 4:14

Are you lonely? Feeling dry and empty heart? 

Run to Him. He is waiting for you.....

*Bill frey when he was eleven years old, tried to pull out a stump from soil. He was collecting fire wood. In his book he wrote the real story... 

""One day i found a large stump in an open field near the house and tried to unearth it. I literally tried to pull out the stump for many hours. But I couldn't pull it out of the ground. I was still struggling when my father came from office, spotted me working and came over to watch. 

"I think I see your problem. "

What's that? i asked

"You are not using all your strength " He replied

I exploded and told him how hard I had worked and for how long

"No" he said "you are not using  all your strength"

When I cooled down I asked him what he meant, and he said

"You haven't asked me to help you yet"

Let us go to our heavenly Father today and ask Him for help...

You have given a banner to those who fear You, That it may be displayed because of the truth. Psalms 60:4

*Banner in ancient times was an ensign carried at the head of a military group. In battle times they would look at the banner during times of chaos and confusion. As long as the banner was held high they would fight with courage and confidence. . 🚩

Moses said to Joshua, “Choose some of our men and go out to fight the Amalekites. Tomorrow I will stand on top of the hill with the staff of God in my hands.” As long as Moses held up his hands, the Israelites were winning, but whenever he lowered his hands, the Amalekites were winning.

So Joshua defeated Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword.. 

 Then the Lord said to Moses, “Write this on a scroll as something to be remembered and make sure that Joshua hears it, because I will completely blot out the name of Amalek from under heaven.” Moses built an altar and called it" The Lord is my Banner."Exodus 17:9‭, ‬11‭,13, ‬14‭-‬15 🚩(Jehovah-Nissi) 

For us our Lord Jesus is our Banner. 

You are not alone in this battlefeild. Look to the Lord your banner. It is His battle.. 

Victory is assured under the bright banner of His Name.. "The Name above all names..". 

He brought me to the banqueting house, And His banner over me was love.Song of Solomon 2:4
