*In an army camp, a Christian soldier prayed every day, quietly seeking his Lord. His co-workers tried everything to distract him, but he continued faithfully.

One day, a man grew angry and threw his shoe at the Christian soldier while he was praying. It hit him hard. But when the time for duty came, that same man found his shoe polished…clean…beautifully kept on the rack.

The praying  soldier had returned insult with kindness. Hurt with healing. Wrong with love.

This is the way of Jesus.

This is the message of the Master who prayed, “Father, forgive them…”

This is the path He teaches us to walk—overcome evil with good, not by our strength, but by His love in us.

Today, may we choose the higher road.

When insult comes, respond with grace.

When hurt comes, show Christ’s heart.

When the world throws stones, shine His love.

May your day be blessed as you follow Jesus—the One who transforms hearts through love.
