*The Best Is Yet to Come

God saves the best for last.

At the wedding in Cana, everyone followed a familiar worldly principle: serve the best wine first and the cheaper wine later.

But Jesus turned that principle upside down!

When the master of the banquet tasted the water that had become wine, he was amazed. He said, “You have saved the best till now!” (John 2:10).

What a beautiful picture of God's way of working!

The world says the best days are behind you. But God's Word gives us another perspective.

The path gets brighter: “The path of the righteous is like the morning sun, shining ever brighter till the full light of day.” (Proverbs 4:18).

The latter glory is greater: “The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former.” (Haggai 2:9).

Transformation continues: We are being transformed from glory to glory by the Spirit of the Lord. (2 Corinthians 3:18).

The end is better: “The end of a matter is better than its beginning.” (Ecclesiastes 7:8).

Lost years can be restored: God promised to restore the years that the locusts had eaten. (Joel 2:25).

But don't conclude that your best days are over!

At Cana, ordinary water became extraordinary wine. What seemed to be an exhausted supply became the occasion for a greater miracle.

What is the secret? Stay connected to Jesus, the True Vine.

Our hope is not in the changing seasons of life, but in the unchanging faithfulness of Christ.

The world may say, “The best is over.”

But faith in Jesus whispers, “The best is yet to come!”

God has not finished His work in you. And for God's children, the final chapter is not written in sorrow, but in the glory of His presence.

He saved the best wine till the end. And one day, we will discover the fullness of His glory!
