Proverbs 21: 17 says that he that loves wine and perfume shall not prosper

The desire of man in the world is to find happiness anyway. Many rely on what they think is wine or pleasure.

Others rely on Perfumes. Unable to even get out during the lockdown, many had to discard discarded perfumes after an expiration date.

But to a godly man the love of the Lord is more interesting than wine. The name of the Lord Jesus is fragrant. The name of Jesus is like a perfume .It's fragrant in any situation.

Divine joy enables God's people to rejoice with unspeakable and glorious joy.

Joy in the Lord is our strength. No one can take it away from us. The psalmist sang, "Lord, you have given me more joy in my heart than when their grain and their wine increased."

Let us rejoice in the Lord all this day,

Rejoice in the Lord always .Philippians 4.4
